Intelligenciia does not collect any information from users who have not logged into our website through the user portal. Once you log into the website, some personal information may be collected. The links are provided for convenience only and Intelligenciia takes no responsibility for the content or information on those websites. Intelligenciia advises that those websites may have different privacy policies than those of Intelligenciia;

7. Intelligenciia may use cookies. A cookie is a small piece of information placed on a user’s computer when a user visits certain websites. Intelligenciia may use a cookie from time to time in order to collect information from users such as the operating system used by the user, the domain name of the website from which the user came, the date and duration of the visit, and frequency and time of visits

Retention

Intelligenciia shall retain personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Information may be retained by Intelligenciia for audit or archival purposes.

When we no longer have a business need to retain your personal information, we will either erase or anonymize it. If these options are not possible, we will securely store your personal information and not engage in any further processing of that information. In certain cases, you may request that we erase personal information about you.

Access

You are entitled to see your personal information that Intelligenciia has collected, used and disclosed, why Intelligenciia has collected, used and disclosed this information and who has access to that information. You have a right to receive that information in a structured format and to transmit that data to another controller.

You may want to see this information in order to verify it, update it, correct it or request that it be removed. Regardless of the reason, Intelligenciia respects your right to access your personal information.

If you request to see your personal information, Intelligenciia will respond to your request within 30 days, including providing you with a copy of your personal information, if you would request to see a copy. There is no cost for requests unless you require copies of records. Intelligenciia will advise you of the cost, if any, prior to copying those records.

Intelligenciia may not be able to provide you with access to your personal information where the information cannot be separated from the records of others, cannot be disclosed for reasons of security or commercial confidentiality, is protected by legal privilege or in any other circumstance where disclosure is prohibited or exempted by law.

The personal information Intelligenciia maintains will be as accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary for the purposes for which it is being used. Should you find that there is an error in your personal information that requires correct, however, please contact Intelligenciia to request a correction of that information.
